I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of its best aspects, as it was conveniently close to the business area, only a 10-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The room service food was delicious, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was notable.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in a construction zone, but the inconvenience was worth it. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. The room service was quick and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located close to major shopping centers, allowing us to easily explore the city's retail scene. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and the view from the room was beautiful.
The noise from the construction zone was quite disruptive at times.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were warmly welcomed and given an upgrade to a luxurious room with exclusive amenities such as a private spa lounge and sauna. the indoor pool was stunning and perfect for a relaxing swim. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff anticipating our needs. the food at the restaurant was divine, with a variety of delicious special diet menus perfect for us. It was great to have a public bath and Turkish bath in the spa centre.
The only minor issue we had was that the leisure/TV room was not as we expected, with limited entertainment options. we had a fantastic stay here, with the hotel providing high-quality service, luxurious facilities, and delicious food.

When I had a serious eye surgery , they were great too ensure my comfort. They provided wheelchairs, parked my car nearby, prepared special breakfast boxes for me, and even helped me find the right pharmacies for my medications. The employees, like Berkay and Caner, were compassionate and helpful throughout my 10-day stay. I can confidently say that the staff at Sheraton Grand Atasehir Istanbul made a positive difference in my experience.

Convenient location and excellent service. The hotel is ideally located, close to several malls and restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff at the hotel were really good in their service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, with super clean rooms and well-maintained facilities.
